Nature of Service: Oracle Career Advice provides career consultancy, coaching, and document preparation services. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Our advice is based on professional expertise and current market conditions, but hiring decisions remain with prospective employers.
Client Obligations: Clients agree to provide accurate information during consultations. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or circumstances may result in termination of the engagement without refund.
Intellectual Property: All frameworks, methodologies (including the PRISM framework), templates, and materials provided during engagements remain the intellectual property of Oracle Career Advice. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own career purposes.
Payment & Cancellation: Fees are communicated prior to engagement commencement. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session value.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
